工作内容:
1、负责所辖区域的高性能工程塑胶材料的销售任务(尼龙,PP,PBT,POM等产品),完成公司制定的销售目标。
2、稳固老客户,发掘新客户,包括但不限于汽车、工业消费品、电子通讯等行业。
3、与客户技术交流,推荐客户所需材料应用解决方案,与公司内、外沟通协调,积极响应和满足客户需求。
4、收集市场和行业信息,并提出市场发展趋势和应用规划。
岗位职责:
1、3-5年高性能工程塑胶材料销售经验,自主开发过众多客户,包括但不限于汽车、工业消费品、电子通讯等行业。
2、熟悉工程塑胶原材料性能,了解行业应用产品的结构和需求,正确地向客户推荐材料解决方案。
3、熟悉原材料加工工艺,原厂工作优先。
4、本科以上学历,高分子或化工等专业优先,具备6级英语听说读写能力者优先。
5、能适应经常性出差,或者在外地长期支持。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for sales of high-performance engineering plastic materials (nylon, PP, PBT, POM, etc.) in the designated region, achieving the sales targets set by the company.
2. Maintain existing customers and develop new customers, including but not limited to automotive, industrial consumer goods, electronics and communications industries.
3. Conduct technical exchanges with customers, recommend material application solutions required by customers, communicate and coordinate internally and externally, and actively respond to and meet customer needs.
4. Collect market and industry information, and propose market development trends and application plans.
Job Requirements:
1. 3-5 years of sales experience in high-performance engineering plastic materials, with experience in independently developing multiple customers, including but not limited to automotive, industrial consumer goods, electronics and communications industries.
2. Familiar with the properties of engineering plastic raw materials, understand the structure and requirements of industry application products, and be able to correctly recommend material solutions to customers.
3. Familiar with raw material processing techniques, experience working at raw material manufacturers is preferred.
4. Bachelor's degree or above, majors in polymer or chemical engineering are preferred, and those with CET-6 English proficiency are preferred.
5. Able to adapt to frequent business trips or long-term support in other locations.
6. Strong achievement orientation, continuous exploration and advancement, excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork awareness, strong sense of responsibility, self-management ability, and proactive in assuming job responsibilities.
7. Sharp insight and analytical skills for customer needs. Open-minded, willing to learn, diligent in thinking, and good at summarizing.
